Keells Sausage Rice Recipe
INGREDIENTS
300 g packet of keells chicken skinless sausages. - cut into slices
1 Kg Basmathi or Samba - pre cooked
3 pods garlic - cleaned and finely cooked
100 gms large Onion - cleaned washed and chopped
100 gms carrots - peeled washed and cut into dices
150 gms young com - cut into slices
100 gms capsicum - seedless and cut into dices
100 gms spring Onion - Cleaned, washed and cut rings
25 gms coriander leaves - Cleaned washed and chopped
Salt, Chillie pieces, Fish sauce - To taste
5-6 drops sesame oil
3-4 tbsp oil
PROCEDURE
Heat a wok or shallow frying pan, add oil, fry little garlic and
sausages together and remove sausages from the pan and
keep a side. Heat the same pan, add oil, fry garlic and cook
carrots, onion and young com. Add cooked sausages, mix well.
Add salt, fish sauce and chili pieces according to your choice.
Put cooked rice and mix well. Finally check the salt, fish sauce
mix sesame oil, add capsicum spring onions, coriander leaves,
mix well and remove from the heat. Transfer the sausage rice
into a serving oval platter and serve hot with other
accompaniments.
